From the North: Take I-95 S to I-40 E to highway 701 S (exit 343) to Clinton. Turn right onto 701/421 S bypass (becomes 421 south) and go 15 miles. Pass the rest area. Take the next highway to the right onto Register-Sutton Road. Six Runs Plantation lodge is about three miles on the right.

From the South: Take I-95 N to 41 N at Lumberton (exit 20) towards Elizabethtown. At White Lake turn right and continue on 41 N for about 11 1/2 miles. Turn left onto Cannady Road. Continue straight at the stop sign to Clear Run (about 1 1/2 miles). Turn left at Lundy Road. Go straight at the stop sign. At the second highway turn right onto Register-Sutton Road. Six Runs Plantation lodge is third on the left.

From the East (Wilmington): Take highway 421 N 50 miles. Pass Delway. Take second highway to the left onto Register-Sutton Road. Six Runs Plantation lodge is about three miles on the right.
